2. Subscription & Payment Terms

The app offers subscription-based access to premium features and content:

• Subscription Plans: The app provides different subscription plans, including weekly and monthly options. These subscriptions offer access to exclusive AI-generated content and additional premium features.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• Payment Processing: Payments for in-app purchases are processed through the App Store, and their terms apply. We do not store or handle your payment information.
• Cancellation: You can manage and cancel your subscriptions through your device’s account settings at any time. Canceling a subscription means you will retain access to premium features until the end of the billing cycle, but the subscription will not renew.
• Refund Policy: All purchases, including subscriptions, are final. Refunds are processed at the discretion of the App Store, based on their policies. Please contact the respective platform for refund requests.

3. Content Ownership and Licensing

All content generated by the AI in this app is for personal use only. The app grants you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the content created. You may not redistribute, sell, or commercially exploit the content without prior written permission.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

The AI Image Generator app and all related content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property are owned by us or our licensors. You may not modify, distribute, or reproduce any of the content without prior written consent.

5. User Conduct

You agree to use the app in compliance with applicable laws. You must not use the app to create or distribute harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content. We reserve the right to terminate access to the app if users are found violating these terms.
